POSITION SUMMARY
The Human Resources Coordinator supports the Human Resources Department by coordinating personnel processes, maintaining employee records, ensuring accurate HR and payroll system data, and assisting employees with HR-related services. This role works closely with the Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources and Payroll Coordinator to ensure accurate personnel documentation, compliance with district policies and state requirements, and smooth onboarding and employment processes.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Personnel Records and Employment Documentation Salary, Step Placement, and Experience Verification HR and Payroll System Management Leave and Absence Management Contracts and Compensation Documentation Employee Programs and Support Reporting, Compliance, and Audits Calendar and Workforce Planning HR Systems and Forms Collaboration with HR Team, Finance Team and District Leadership Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, training, and management of Guest Teachers to maintain a qualified substitute workforce and support uninterrupted classroom instruction. Coordinate and assist with employee onboarding and exit procedures, including preparation of documentation and collaboration with supervisors and departments. Assist in recruiting highly qualified staff and help monitor employee certifications to ensure compliance with state and district requirements. Assist with employee-related matters, including personnel support, communication, and coordination with supervisors and departments. Perform other duties as assigned to support the goals and operations of the district.
POSITION SUMMARY QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Ability to perform each essential job function satisfactorily BA Degree from an accredited college or university preferred Minimum 3 years experience in PK-12 public school preferred
