The College of Business and Security Management Dean's Office is seeking an organized, friendly, and motivated Student Advisor/Recruiting Coordinator who enjoys working as part of a team. This position is a 12-month full time benefited position with regular business hours (Monday
- Friday 8:00 am
- 5:00 pm).
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience or training in a professional environment. At least 2 years of relevant work experience.Position Details:
This position is located on the Troth Yeddha' campus in Fairbanks. This is a full-time, exempt staff positionplete with both apetitive salary and a full employee benefits package. UA provides a generouspensation package that includes retirement options, annual leave, 12 paid holidays per year, tuition waivers for employees and family members, and affordable medical, dental, and vision care coverage. New hires will be placed on the UA Staff Salary Schedule, Grade 79, and step will be based on education and experience. Hybrid and remote work may be approved for employees based in Alaska at the University's discretion.
