HR - Administration Generalist InterImage - 3.6 Arlington, VA Job Details Full-time $45,000 - $75,000 a year 2 hours ago Benefits Work from home Qualifications Microsoft Excel Microsoft Outlook Clerical experience Full Job Description Overview The Business Operations Support Analyst supports the company's business development, proposal, HR and administrative operations. This position is designed for early-career professionals with foundational experience gained through internships, co-ops, or entry-level industry or government roles. The analyst will support growth initiatives and internal operations while gaining hands-on exposure to the federal acquisition lifecycle. This individual will regularly communicate with numerous individuals, including employees, managers, and other vendors, making communications proficiency essential. Primary Duties Business Development, Capture & Proposal Support Support the Business Development team identifying and tracking federal opportunities using SAM.gov, GovWin, FPDS, USASpending, and agency forecast tools Conduct market and customer research on federal agencies, mission priorities, competitors, and contract vehicles Assist capture teams with pipeline tracking and perform various analyses Support proposal development efforts, including content coordination, schedule tracking, and document formatting Create summaries of opportunities including requirements and evaluation criteria Maintain and update Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems with accurate pipeline and capture data Various other administrative support activities as assigned HR Support Provide support to the HR manager and recruiting team including maintaining files and updating databases Assist with employee onboarding, including documentation collection, coordination with HR/IT/security, and onboarding checklists Maintain/update employee resumes Support internal tracking of resumes, labor categories, and staffing documentation for proposals Administrative & Onboarding Support Answer and route incoming phone calls and emails Provide administrative support including scheduling, document management, and meeting coordination Manage supplies Maintain organized records and shared drives in accordance with company policies Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field (or in progress) Minimum of 6 months - 2 years of relevant administrative support experience Internships, co-ops, and academic project experience count Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills Must be proficient in online research Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Preferred Qualifications Exposure to federal contract vehicles (GWACs, IDIQs, BPAs) Exposure to federal contracting tools (SAM.gov, GovWin, FPDS, USASpending) Experience using CRM tools for opportunity tracking and reporting Exposure to proposal development and capture support (RFIs, RFPs, RFQs Work Schedule and Location This is a full-time position located at the corporate offices in Arlington, Virginia. There is an option for remote work 1-2 days per week.
