Sunnyside Automotive Group is seeking a motivated and positive HR Assistant to join our dedicated team in Middleburg Heights, Ohio! As our HR Assistant, you'll be an integral part of ensuring our team members have a fantastic experience from the moment they apply, through their onboarding, and throughout their time with us. You'll get to dive into various aspects of HR, from helping to find our next great team members to ensuring all our employees have the information and support they need. Salary Range:
$18.00 - $21.00 per hour Benefits Hourly Base Salary Based on Experience Flexible Schedule Hands on Training Career Growth Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Mon-Fri Schedule Hybrid - In Office/Work from Home Requirements Strong time management, organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. High School Diploma or equivalent required Previous experience in an HR administrative role or internship is a plus.. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Power Point). A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and contribute. Responsibilities Onboard new hires by preparing orientation materials and coordinating initial paperwork. Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in the HR information system. Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures. Support the HR Manager with various administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and generating reports. Help organize company events and employee engagement activities. Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant employment laws. Process payroll in the ADP System About Us Dealership
