SUMMARY As a hybrid (in-office every Wednesday), part-time (20 hours per week) 1099 contractor, you will serve as the sole HR administrator and primary liaison to the PEO. This role focuses on day-to-day HR execution and support. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of relevant experience; SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or
PHR/SPHR
preferred.
SCOPE OF WORK
Recruitment Coordinates full-cycle recruiting activities, including job postings, candidate scheduling, and interviewing. Compensation & Benefits Supports compensation administration by processing pay changes and maintaining accurate compensation records in coordination with payroll and the PEO, and administers employee benefits programs while serving as a point of contact for employee inquiries. Compliance Ensures HR processes, policies, and documentation comply with applicable federal, state, and local requirements. Employee Relations Serves as a resource for employee questions and supports the resolution and documentation of routine employee relations matters. HR Systems Maintains HR systems and data accuracy, ensuring all transactions are processed correctly, including employee status changes. Performance Management Coordinates and administers the annual performance review process.
Pay:
