Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to support essential employee relations and HR documentation activities for a healthcare organization. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who can manage sensitive records with accuracy, communicate clearly in writing, and work effectively with minimal supervision in a remote setting. The role focuses on preparing employment-related documents, maintaining organized system records, and helping ensure HR processes align with policy and legal requirements.
Responsibilities:
Create severance documents from approved templates, verifying employee information, timelines, and payment details before finalization.
Prepare disciplinary and performance-related paperwork, including warning notices and improvement plans, using guidance provided by HR partners and people leaders.
Enter, update, and maintain employee files and case records in Oracle systems and related tracking tools with a high degree of accuracy.
Review HR documentation for completeness and consistency to support compliant recordkeeping practices.
Safeguard confidential employee information and handle sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion.
Coordinate written HR correspondence and administrative follow-up related to employee relations matters.
Support candidate screening requirements and benefits-related administrative tasks as needed within established procedures.
Help ensure HR documentation and workflows follow internal policies and applicable employment regulations. Requirements
1 to 3 years of experience in HR administration, HR operations, or an HR service center environment.
Practical experience working with Oracle HR systems is strongly preferred.
Strong writing skills with the ability to produce clear, accurate, and detail-focused documentation.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage data and records precisely.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to work independently and stay organized in a fully remote work environment.
Proven ability to manage confidential information with sound judgment and discretion.
High school diploma required; an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred.
