  • Heavy Equipment Rental, Sales, and Support Services Job Duties & Responsibilities Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews Support onboarding processes by preparing new hire documentation and coordinating orientation sessions Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases Assist with organizing employee engagement initiatives and company events Respond to basic employee inquiries and direct them to appropriate resources Support HR projects, including policy updates and process improvements Provide general administrative support to the HR team Recommended Skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset Requirements of the
Position Education & Certification:
Preferably a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
Working Conditions:
Primarily office-based with some remote work, depending on company needs; Minimal travel required
Recommended Work Experience:
Previous internship or administrative experience is preferred but not required
Physical Demands:
Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer; Ability to occasionally lift office materials up to 15 pounds
