HR Manager Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department. The HR Assistant will assist with administrative tasks, employee records management, recruitment coordination, onboarding, and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate is professional, confidential, and able to manage multiple priorities. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update employee files and HR databases. Assist with recruiting activities, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates. Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation processes. Process employment-related paperwork and documentation. Respond to employee inquiries regarding company policies, benefits, and procedures. Assist with benefits administration and enrollment activities. Support payroll preparation by collecting and verifying employee information. Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate records. Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws. Provide general administrative support to the HR department. Preferred Skills Experience with HRIS systems. Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Customer-service-oriented mindset.
