Responsibilities Oversee comprehensive human resources functions. Manage employee relations by addressing concerns. Administer benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, workers' compensation. Ensure compliance with employment & labor laws, OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) regulations, and affirmative action planning requirements. Lead change management initiatives and support organizational design efforts to optimize workforce structure and performance management systems. Understand basic billing, Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables. Develop and implement strategic planning for succession planning, talent management, and employee evaluation processes to foster career growth. Manage administrative tasks including data entry, basic billing, contract administration, and maintaining accurate HR records. Skills Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality while maintaining meticulous data collection and reporting standards. Extensive knowledge of human capital management practices and employment & labor law compliance. Strong understanding of benefits administration, workers' compensation procedures, OSHA standards. Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage employee relations effectively and facilitate conflict management when necessary. Demonstrated project management capabilities with experience in organizational design and change management initiatives.
