Link for Benefits and Pay Range or copy the following in a browser https://www.hydro-gear.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/04/Human-Resources-Coordinator.pdf Key Responsibilities Support recruitment and onboarding activities, ensuring processes are completed accurately and on timeCoordinate Employee Orientation and new hire documentation with strong attention to detail and complianceProvide employee relations support, assisting with HR investigations, serving as a trusted point of contact, and responding to inquiries with professionalism and confidentialityEnsure HR processes and procedures are followed regularly throughout the employee lifecycle and are accurately documentedRecognize sensitive or escalated situations and apply appropriate HR processes or escalate as needed Preferred Qualifications Demonstrated experience providing accurate, timely, and process-driven HR supportHands-on experience in recruitment, coordination, and onboardingExperience supporting employee relations matters and assisting with HR investigationsWorking knowledge of core HR functions, including confidentiality and basic HR practicesAbility to consistently follow established processes and meet deadlinesExcellent judgment, professionalism, and communication skills Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate brings curiosity, responsiveness, and a strong commitment to process integrity.
