The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee evaluation, and succession planning. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. Duties Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates through various channels and managing the applicant tracking system. Conduct employee evaluations and support performance management initiatives. Coordinate succession planning efforts to ensure organizational continuity and talent development. Maintain accurate data entry for employee records and HR databases, ensuring compliance with company policies. Manage workers' compensation claims and assist employees with related inquiries. Collaborate on HR projects, providing support in areas such as human capital management and employee engagement initiatives. Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. Utilize THERAP software for HR functions, including reporting and data analysis. Experience Proven experience in HR sourcing, recruiting, and project management is preferred. Familiarity with DDA rules, licensure and auditing is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization. A background in employee evaluation practices will be beneficial.
