As we continue to expand, we're looking for a Human Resources Coordinator who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow alongside a team of experienced HR and staffing leaders. You'll gain hands-on experience across Talent Acquisition, Compliance, and Workforce Development while working directly with leaders who bring 20-30 years of industry expertise . In this role, you'll be at the center of our operations—supporting onboarding, maintaining compliance, guiding new hires, and ensuring our workforce is set up for success. You'll also be part of a collaborative, energetic team that works hard, supports one another, and knows how to have fun along the way. What you'll do: Support onboarding and orientation, delivering a welcoming and professional new hire experience Maintain compliance with background checks, certifications, and HR documentation Create and manage accurate, organized employee records and files Facilitate pre-hire training and ensure clear communication of expectations Act as a key point of contact for new hires, providing excellent customer service Assist with Workers' Compensation and Unemployment claims, coordinating with carriers and employees Contribute to a fast-moving HR team by managing multiple priorities and projects
Schedule & Work Environment:
This is a full-time, Hybrid position based in a collaborative office setting. Standard hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with Monday and Thursday, work from home and Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday In office with flexibility as needed to support business demands. We're looking for someone who is driven, organized, and excited to build a long-term career in HR.What you bring:
2+ years of experience in Human Resources, Office Administration, or a related business function Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred) Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS systems is a plus A proactive, "can-do" mindset with strong problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A genuine desire to learn, grow, and advance within the HR field Why Arbor?
