This is an excellent opportunity for an organized and detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and supporting a variety of employee and administrative processes. Job Description The Human Resources Coordinator will provide administrative support to the HR team and assist with a range of employee-related processes. This role will help ensure smooth operations by coordinating activities, maintaining records, and supporting various HR initiatives across the organization. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team Coordinate meetings, schedules, and employee communications Assist with onboarding and employee documentation Maintain accurate employee records and data Support HR programs, projects, and reporting activities Respond to employee inquiries and direct requests appropriately Help ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Perform additional administrative duties as assigned Qualifications 1+ year of experience in an administrative, HR, recruiting, or coordinator role Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other business systems Detail-oriented with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00
