Requirements:
Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. 1-3 years of Human Resources, administrative, or related experience preferred. Experience supporting employee relations, onboarding, benefits, or leave administration preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS platforms is strongly preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and follow-through. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times. In this role, you will Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation scheduling, new hire paperwork, system access, and exit documentation. Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and data within HRIS systems while ensuring confidentiality and compliance. Support recruitment efforts by coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates, and assisting with hiring events and staffing activities. Process employee status changes such as promotions, transfers, compensation updates, and separations in HR systems. Assist employees with benefits-related questions and provide administrative support for benefit enrollments and leave of absence processes. Monitor and track required training, certifications, acknowledgments, and compliance-related documentation. Provide administrative support for employee relations matters, including investigations, corrective action documentation, and performance management processes. Respond to employee and manager inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs, escalating issues when appropriate. Manage and organize HR communications, departmental inboxes, reports, and internal HR resources to support daily operations. Participate in HR projects, process improvement initiatives, training coordination, and other departmental activities as assigned.
