Position Overview We are expanding our HR team and seeking a Human Resource Coordinator to support daily HR operations. This is an entry-level, in-office position (not remote) ideal for someone eager to grow in the human resources field. In this role, you will provide administrative support across a variety of HR functions while delivering excellent internal customer service. Key Responsibilities Respond to employee inquiries and provide HR support Assist with benefit enrollments and administration Manage I-9 documentation and background checks Perform payroll and benefit reconciliations Support audits of payroll deductions and HR processes Process terminations and assist with performance review preparation Maintain employee records and prepare new hire files Assist with HR projects, research, and general administrative tasks
Qualifications Experience:
