Position Summary The Human Resources Intern provides administrative and operational support to the HR team while gaining hands-on experience across core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and HRIS management. This role offers exposure to day-to-day HR activities and projects that support organizational goals and employee engagement. Key Responsibilities Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including HRIS onboarding, new hire orientation, and first day schedules Help maintain and update HRIS and personnel files to ensure accuracy and compliance Assist in coordinating employee engagement initiatives, training sessions, and company events Respond to basic employee inquiries and escalate issues as needed Support HR compliance efforts by organizing documentation and assisting with audits Assist with benefits administration tasks, including enrollment support and communication Assist with preparation of payroll Prepare reports and HR-related documentation as needed Provide general administrative support to the HR manager Education Upcoming 2026 graduate pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field Experience Previous internship or part-time experience in an office or HR setting is a plus, but not required Skills and Abilities Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong time management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative Basic understanding of HR principles and employment laws is a plus Why Join Us?
