Job Description

This position will work a hybrid schedule with up to 3 days per week onsite at various Corewell Health East locations. Job Summary Responsible for coordinating and promoting recruitment. Works closely with the team to ensure continuity of a comprehensive, first-class experience with Corewell Health, in all facets. Essential Functions Works with Recruiters to identify, screen, interview, assess, recruit and on-board qualified professionals, ensuring alignment with job requirements and an efficient hiring process. Support scheduling hiring events, candidate management, interview sign ups and career fairs. Partners with recruiters to conduct interviews for high candidate requisitions as well as conducting basic interest interviews for our hiring center. Conducts regular audits of job postings, interview documentation, and applicant records to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to hiring guidelines. Assists recruiters in achieving hiring goals by monitoring performance metrics and utilizing objective measures to drive high-quality outcomes. Implements the team member onboarding vision and strategy by focusing on an inclusive and positive experience through the initiation of pre-onboarding activities (i.e. provisioning, logistics, organizational) to facilitate exceptional onboarding and seamless transitions (i.e., orientation and post onboarding follow-up activities). Processes job offers and ensures all pre-employment requirements (background checks, health assessments, certifications, and I-9 documentation) are completed accurately, ensuring adjudication, compliance and completion of reporting is done prior to a new team member's start date in an accurate and timely manner. Generates and distributes Workday and Tableau reports as requested to support data-driven decision-making.
