We're scaling fast, our team is growing, and we need a thoughtful HR pro to help us build the kind of workplace people are proud to be a part of. This is a part-time, hybrid role with a flexible schedule built around your life . You'll be the go-to person for everything people-related and as we open new locations, this seat grows with us. What You'll Do
Own day-to-day HR operations: onboarding, employee records, compliance, and offboarding
Administer payroll through Toast Payroll
accurate, on-time, every cycle
Manage benefits enrollment, changes, and questions (health, PTO, 401k, and more as we grow)
Be a friendly, trusted resource for team members across our locations
Support hiring efforts
job postings, scheduling interviews
Help write and refine policies, handbooks, and people processes as we scale What You Bring
2+ years of HR and benefits administration experience
Hands-on Toast Payroll experience is required (please don't skip this one)
Working knowledge of FL employment law and multi-location HR best practices
Comfort working independently in a hybrid setup
Sharp attention to detail and rock-solid confidentiality
