Fractional People & Culture Specialist | Remote We're looking for a People & Culture Specialist to join a high performing team on a fractional basis. The Specialist will join the team to support a broader culture refresh initiative. This is a tactical, execution focused role; ideal for someone who enjoys building and delivering impactful HR programs while operating as a true consultant. What You'll Do Enhance new hire experience programs (orientation + onboarding content) Execute employee recognition initiatives, including awards programs and gifting Support culture and D&I initiatives, including internal/external content updates Partner cross functionally to deliver high quality, timely HR programs Leverage AI and tools to drive efficiency and improve processes What We're Looking For 5 to10 years in People & Culture / HR, ideally in tech Strong execution mindset; you get things done Experience in onboarding, recognition, and culture programs Comfortable working independently in a remote environment Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Exposure to AI tools and modern HR tech Why This Role Flexible 20 to 30 hours/week Fully remote, collaborative environment Opportunity to make a visible impact on employee experience and culture Work alongside a lean, high impact HR team About Korn Ferry Korn Ferry unleashes potential in people, teams, and organizations.
