Location:
New Brighton, MN Schedule:
20-25 hours per week with opportunity to grow into a full-time leadership position. About Us Grace n' Care LLC provides Home Care, PCA/CFSS, Waiver, and Nursing Services throughout Minnesota. We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Program Coordinator to support staffing, onboarding, compliance, scheduling, and client services. This position is ideal for someone with home care, healthcare, waiver services, 245D, or staffing experience who enjoys helping both clients and employees succeed. Responsibilities Coordinate onboarding of new employees. Track training, certifications, and compliance requirements. Assist with scheduling and staffing coverage. Follow up with employees regarding missing documentation. Communicate with clients, families, and case managers. Assist with client intake and service setup. Maintain employee and client files. Assist with payroll-related communications. Monitor staffing needs and assist with recruitment. Support office operations and administrative projects. Assist with emergency staffing situations when needed. Additional Expectations Must be willing to work in the office as needed. Must be willing to travel within the metro area when necessary. May occasionally assist with direct care coverage during staffing emergencies. Must maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and strong communication skills. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation. Ability to pass a DHS Background Study. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Preferred Qualifications Home Care experience.
PCA/CFSS
experience. Waiver Services experience. 245D experience. Scheduling or staffing experience. Reviving Care or EVV experience. Leadership or supervisory experience.
