Position Overview As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a critical role in helping us attract, identify, and develop top talent while supporting the day-to-day growth of our organization. This position combines recruiting, interviewing, onboarding support, candidate management, and administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, people-focused, and eager to develop professionally. You will work directly alongside company leadership, gaining exposure to recruiting, hiring, training, team development, operations, and business management. As you grow within the role, there may be opportunities to take on additional leadership, operational, and executive support responsibilities based on performance and business needs. Responsibilities Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates Contact prospective candidates through phone, text, email, and recruiting platforms Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process Maintain recruiting reports, applicant tracking systems, and hiring metrics Support sales team hiring, onboarding, and personnel development Help maintain recruiting and performance tracking systems Assist leadership with special projects and operational initiatives Provide administrative and executive support as needed Collaborate with leadership to support staffing goals and company growth Help contribute to a positive, competitive, and encouraging team culture Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional phone presence Strong cold-calling, networking, and relationship-building skills Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented and highly accountable Comfortable working with spreadsheets, reporting systems, and technology Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented Willingness to learn, grow, and work hard as part of a team Previous recruiting, customer service, leadership, administrative, management, or sales experience is a plus but not required Schedule Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Saturdays as needed Consistent availability during business hours is required. This is a primarily remote position; however, candidates should reside within reasonable commuting distance of the Triad area and be available to participate in team meetings, training events, company activities, and occasional in-person collaboration opportunities.
