Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our talent acquisition team. In this pivotal role, you will drive the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers alike. Responsibilities Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing coordination, and offer management. Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Lever, Workday, or iCIMS to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records. Source candidates through multiple channels including social media management, job boards, campus recruitment events, and cold calling efforts. Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit. Assist with employment law compliance, contracts, employee orientation, and employee evaluation processes. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored talent solutions. Support training & development initiatives related to recruiting best practices and talent management strategies. Skills Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and team members. Proficiency in HRIS platforms such as SAP PeopleSoft, ADP, UltiPro, or Kronos for data management and reporting. Strong knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure compliant recruiting practices. Experience with technical recruiting, executive recruiting, campus recruitment, and sales-focused sourcing techniques. Skilled in negotiation, relationship management, research methods, and lead generation strategies. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Taleo or iCIMS; experience with Workday or Paychex is a plus. Ability to handle HR sourcing tasks such as internal recruiting, succession planning, and employee relations support. Knowledge of social media management tools for talent attraction campaigns.
