We are looking for a Recruitment & Onboarding Experience Coordinator who wants to own the logistics of our talent pipeline and elevate how candidates experience our healthcare organization. You won't just be filling seats—you will be the architect of a candidate's first impression and the mastermind behind a flawless onboarding journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Crafting the
Brand & Sourcing Talent Tell Our Story :
Create comprehensive, compelling practice descriptions for each opportunity. You will write engaging job descriptions and develop postings for the company website that make top talent want to apply.
Network & Event Strategy:
Research and attend job fairs, conferences, residency, and fellowship programs. You will build lasting relationships with these programs and assist in designing promotional materials (like banners and posters) to make our booth stand out.
Targeted Advertising:
Research association publications, websites, and niche resources to strategically post our physician and healthcare opportunities. Managing the
Red-Carpet Candidate Experience The Ultimate Site Visit:
Direct, organize, and coordinate all aspects of candidate itineraries, agendas, and site visits. This includes booking travel and hotels, scheduling clinic and community tours, setting up physician interviews, and handling dinner reservations.
The Concierge Touch:
The Talent Team is the face of our organization and often escorts candidates through their interviews and visits to ensure they feel welcomed and supported.
Flawless Follow-Up:
Maintain a prompt, warm, and transparent line of communication, ensuring all candidates and referring parties receive timely updates.
Data & Operational Excellence Database Management:
Keep our applicant tracking worksheet/database meticulously up to date. You will document every step of the journey: positions open, interviews scheduled, conversations had, offers extended, and reasons for declined offers.
Budget Tracking & ROI Analysis:
Track and verify all invoices and funds spent on external recruitment resources (job boards, ad placements, agency fees). You'll analyze the effectiveness of our advertising spend to ensure we are investing wisely. Mastering the

Coordinate, schedule, and organize interviews across multiple departments. You'll keep the recruitment team firing on all cylinders without breaking a sweat.
Onboarding Mastermind The Ultimate Welcome:
Design and execute a seamless onboarding process. You'll ensure new hires feel supported, informed, and excited from the moment they sign their offer letter to their official day one. Guard the
Start Date:
Monitor the onboarding timeline meticulously. Leverage partnerships across various divisions to recognize, troubleshoot, and rectify bottlenecks, ensuring we prevent any delayed start dates.
Qualifications:
Experienced:
You have a background in recruiting coordination, HR, or sourcing (healthcare experience is a bonus, but a passion for people and process is required!).
An Organization Phenom:
You love structure, timelines, and details. Managing complex calendars, tracking invoices, and updating data spreadsheets is your comfort zone.
Compensation & Benefits:
We are offering a salary of $60-75k, and a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your health, financial well-being, and work-life balance. $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
