Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple teams, calendars, and time zones Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process Deliver a positive candidate experience through timely communication and strong attention to detail Support recruiters and hiring managers with scheduling logistics, interview coordination, and offer letter processes Maintain accurate candidate information within applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms Assist with recruiting operations, reporting, documentation, and process improvements Partner with Talent Acquisition and cross-functional teams to support hiring initiatives and recruiting events Explore opportunities to improve workflows through automation, AI tools, and process optimization Stay updated on emerging recruiting technologies and contribute ideas to improve team effectiveness
