Job Description

Our client, located in Brentwood, TN is seeking a temp to hire Leave Administrator to join their team. This role requires 2+ years of HR experience with a focus on leave administration and employee benefits. This role offers a hybrid schedule (2-3 days in office).
Duties:
Administer employee leave programs (FMLA, ADA, parental leave, and other leave types) Serve as the primary point of contact for leave-related inquiries and case management Partner with HR, Benefits, managers, and third-party administrators throughout the leave process Ensure compliance with federal and state leave regulations Identify and implement process improvements to enhance leave administration workflows Support HR initiatives, including systems enhancements and organizational projects
Requirements:
2-4 years of HR experience with exposure to leave administration and employee benefits. Working knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and leave management practices. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn HR systems and support process improvements

Pay:
$37-$40/hour depending on experience Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
