Job Description
The Independent Contractor may be responsible for duties including but not limited to: Assisting with workforce development and life skills programming Supporting Pre-ETS services such as: Workplace Readiness Career Exploration Intro to Self-Advocacy Postsecondary Education Opportunities Assisting consumers during community-based activities and training sessions Helping participants complete applications, resumes, mock interviews, and career preparation activities Providing mentoring, encouragement, and positive behavioral support Supervising participants during work experiences, events, tours, and trainings Maintaining professional interactions with participants, families, staff, and community partners Completing required attendance, progress, and service documentation accurately and on time Assisting with event setup, outreach activities, and community engagement efforts Following all company policies, confidentiality requirements, and safety procedures Reporting concerns, incidents, or participant issues to supervisors immediately Representing Donakeh LLC in a professional manner at all times
