  • ID 2026-1696 Category Support and Technical Staff Position Type Temporary Part-Time Remote No Overview Northwood Technical College is seeking applications from qualified candidates for a part-time Workforce Success Coordinator (LTE) at any of our four campus locations.
(Ashland, Richmond, Rice Lake, or Superior) The Workforce Success Coordinator advances Northwood Technical College's commitment to fostering respectful and supportive learning and working environments where every student and employee can thrive. Under the direction and guidance of the Director, Workforce Success, this role supports institutional equal opportunity, civil rights compliance, and Title IX efforts through outreach, education, policy coordination, communication, and administrative support activities. This position assists with maintaining compliance-related materials and ensuring consistency across institutional policies, procedures, webpages, training materials, and student-facing resources. The role also supports educational initiatives that build capacity across the college to prevent harm, strengthen campus culture, encourage early intervention, and promote shared responsibility for sustaining environments rooted in belonging, respect, and support. This is a limited term position with grant funding through 6/30/2027.
  • This position involves duties that could be performed in a remote or off-site environment.
Campus-based duties are minimal, requiring in-person availability approximately twice per month. Remote work arrangements are subject to state employment laws. Equal Opportunity & Title IX Support Assist with maintaining and updating institutional equal opportunity and Title IX materials, including non-discrimination and non-harassment policies and procedures, student and employee handbooks, Right to Know brochure, website content, and related communication materials. Assist with monitoring updates to federal and state guidance related to equal opportunity, Title IX, ADA, Section 504, and related civil rights compliance requirements. Support coordination and organization of compliance-related documentation, communications, and institutional records. Assist with reviewing outreach and communication materials for clarity, consistency, and accessibility. Training, Outreach & Engagement Facilitate and support outreach and training initiatives related to equal opportunity, Title IX, respectful behavior, harassment prevention, language translation and interpretation services, and related student and employee support resources. Support bystander intervention campaigns and educational initiatives that encourage early, active intervention. Assist with developing presentations, educational materials, visual messaging, displays, and seasonal initiatives aligned with institutional values. Help equip students and employees with tools and resources to recognize, prevent, and respond to harmful behavior. Partner with campus teams to support respectful and welcoming campus environments across locations. Align educational initiatives with institutional responsibilities under Title IX, Title VI, Title VII, ADA, Section 504, and related laws and regulations. Administrative & Operational Support Research and track participation, feedback, and trends to inform planning and continuous improvement efforts. Support project planning and implementation across Workforce Success initiatives. Collaborate with internal partners to support consistent communication and implementation of Workforce Success efforts. Maintain confidentiality and exercise professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information. Participate in departmental meetings, planning activities, and special projects as assigned. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Degree & Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree in related field Two years related work experience One year Supervisory/Leadership experience

Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally Ability to contribute to a team environment while maintaining accountability and motivation in self and others Strong customer service skills that focus on diversity, community, and continuous quality improvement Problem-solving skills that employ critical thinking Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office suite and the ability to effectively apply technology to tasks and projects Ability to obtain driver's license and insurance coverage in accordance with College policy
