Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite software and database software Effective verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills Ability to work well within a team environment Exceptional attentiveness to detail, with ability to learn and understand technical terms Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, work effectively with high volumes, meet short deadlines, take direction and perform duties with limited direction and guidance Ability to practice discretion and good judgment and maintain confidentiality Strict adherence to RISE safety processes and procedures

Preferred Education and Experience:

Working towards a degree in Mechanical Engineering General understanding of building systems and equipment Working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint or other web application platforms
