The HR Coordinator plays a key role in supporting Human Resources operations while ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing. This position owns and drives recruiting efforts, supports employee experience initiatives, and maintains critical HR processes that impact the entire organization. Key Responsibilities Own and drive the fullcycle recruiting process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and candidate communication Lead onboarding and new hire experience, ensuring a smooth and engaging transition into the organization Maintain ownership of employee records and HRIS data, ensuring accuracy, organization, and confidentiality Administer benefits processes, including enrollments, changes, and employee support Process weekly and biweekly payroll, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness Review and validate timekeeping data, including attendance, overtime, and pay adjustments Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries, providing a high level of service and responsiveness Prepare and manage HR documentation, including reports, employee letters, and employment verifications Support and reinforce company policies and compliance standards across the organization Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, helping foster a positive and productive workplace culture Qualifications 2+ years of HR, payroll, or related experience preferred Experience processing payroll and working with timekeeping systems preferred HRIS/payroll system experience required (Paychex Flex preferred) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Core Competencies Attention to Detail Ensures accuracy in employee records, payroll data, and HR documentation with a strong focus on quality and consistency. Confidentiality & Integrity Handles sensitive employee and compensation information with professionalism, discretion, and ethical responsibility. Employee Support & Service Orientation Provides responsive, solutions-focused support to employees, fostering trust and a positive employee experience. Organization & Time Management Manages multiple priorities, deadlines, and administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Communication Skills Communicates clearly and professionally with employees, managers, and candidates across all levels of the organization. Problem Solving & Accountability Identifies issues, takes ownership of resolutions, and follows through to completion.
