Job Description

Coordinates human resources activities from onboarding to termination; recruits for staff positions. Maintains personnel files; processes all criminal background checks. Arranges for employee physicals, drug screens and fingerprints. Administer employee compensation and benefits programs. Orients new staff to policies and procedures; Acts as liaison between employee and management to answer questions and concerns regarding company policies, practices and regulations. Develop working relationship with payroll company and HR consultant. Skills/Specialties include payroll and benefits administration, Employee Relations, Legal Compliance, Performance Management and Recruiting. Bachelor's Degree preferred, 2 -5 yrs experience.
