Job Description

Under the direction of the Division Director, coordinate general administrative and support activities within a fast-paced, confidential environment to ensure the division's mission is properly communicated serve as an HR liaison and as as a resource for branch administrators. Provide human resource support, guidance, and assistance to employees, review and screen correspondence, determine priorities, delegate to appropriate areas and finalize actions prior to signature. Assist with resolving office procedural problems and work with branches to develop solutions. Serve as the divisional training coordinator. Maintain project files. Backfill as assigned and requested in similar assigned job duties. Assist other HR professionals as required. Schedule subject to change. Must successfully complete four (4) weeks of SCDC Basic Training upon hire. State of South Carolina Minimum Requirements:
A high school diploma and relevant experience in business management, public administration, or administrative services or a bachelor's degree may be substituted for the required work experience.
SCDC Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma and three (3) years of human resources experience, including one (1) year of experience working with a SAP program.
