Job Description

Position Summary Position Summary:
This is an on-site position, under the general direction of the Chief Human Resource Officer, the Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for the organization's full life cycle recruiting function. Ultimately, the Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for building a strong talent pipeline for our company's current and future staffing needs.
Principle Responsibilities:
Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization. Assists with job posting and advertisement processes. Screens applications and select qualified candidates. Uses social media networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter) to look for and connect with potential candidates. Sends recruiting/initial hire emails and follows up with candidates. Ask for referrals from internal and external networks for hard-to-fill roles. Contacts past applicants for new job opportunities. Develops a network of potential candidates and industry professionals. Logs candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System and other internal databases. Identifies future hiring needs and proactively sources potential hires. Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies. Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions/events. Measures and reports on recruiting metrics, like source of hire and time-to-fill. Other duties as assigned.

Ability to embody the mission and vision of Health Care Partners of South Carolina. Excellent written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate with people from a variety of socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds. Ability to prioritize, organize and carry out work assignments independently and efficiently. Ability to maintain appropriate degree of confidentiality.
Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Three (3) years of health care recruiting experience. Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and other Human Resources Management software. Familiarity with social networks, professional sites, and resume databases. Good knowledge of labor legislation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills (particularly business email writing knowledge). Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously. Physical Demands Prolonged periods sitting or standing Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds Be able to sit, stand, stoop, squat for extended periods of time throughout the day Standing or walking for extended periods throughout the day
