Assists with recruitment and onboarding processes, scheduling interviews, coordinating background checks, and preparing new hire documentation. Maintains accurate and up-to-date employee records. Serves as the first point of contact for general HR inquiries from Team Members, providing timely and accurate information. Coordinates meetings, employee engagement activities and events. Supports performance review and employee development processes by tracking deadlines and organizing documentation. Helps process HR-related documents such as employment verifications, status changes, and terminations. Maintains HRIS data integrity and runs standard reports as needed to support various departments. Provide administrative support to HR Team Members as needed. Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed to include the preparation of all reporting. Maintain a high level of confidentiality. Exhibits and adheres to the established Visual Comfort Company Values. Must demonstrate commitment, dependability, punctuality, and adherence to agreed-upon schedule. Assists with enterprise-wide HR Coordinator functions by providing cross-functional backup support during peak periods, absences, or special initiatives What you will bring: Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field preferred. 2+ years of experience in an HR support or coordinator role with demonstrated experience in recruiting. Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices is a plus Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite is essential, as well as experience with HRIS systems, Dayforce preferred. Familiarity with HR metrics, compliance requirements, and data privacy practices. Detail-oriented with strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills. Excellent written skills with ability to quickly analyze complex documentation. Must be able to work effectively with limited supervision. Capable of prioritizing and managing multiple tasks in response to shifting priorities Able to deliver results independently as well as collaboratively by fostering teamwork and cooperation. Demonstrates exceptional communication across all contact channels, including email, chat and phone.Compensation Range:
