Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and dependable Marketing & Recruiting Coordinator to support both our brand presence and hiring efforts. This role plays a key part in how our company shows up to customers, partners, and future team members. This position is ideal for someone who already has a strong foundation in marketing and content creation and is looking to grow into recruiting and events. This role requires someone who can balance creativity with execution, manage multiple priorities, and take ownership of their work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities and Duties Marketing Plan, create and manage social media content including content calendar, collection, editing, scheduling and daily engagement Coordinate and support photoshoots and video shoots Maintain website updates, including monthly start page links, general maintenance, and build-out support Respond to website inquiries and Google reviews. Create and manage branded materials including logos, mockups, all paper print material, proposal templates, signage, merchandise, and internal digital branding (i.e. email signature templates) Maintain and enforce branding guidelines across all divisions and approve embroidery and screen printing proofs Support customer outreach efforts through gifts, merch, deliveries and tracking said efforts Execute and lead customer-facing events including campus tours, farm tours, customer galas, and assist department in all other events Any additional duties as assigned Recruiting Lead recruiting efforts through publishing and monitoring job ads, reviewing resumes, conducting video screens, submitting motor vehicle reports, running background checks, coordinating interviews, verbal offers, and offer letters via Docusign. Any additional duties as assigned Qualifications Minimum of 3 years experience in corporate marketing, communications, and content creation required Must provide portfolio showcasing professional creativity and consistency across branding and design Strong organizational and multitasking skills Comfortable and confident managing multiple priorities, events, and deadlines Extremely strong communication and interpersonal skills Proactive, dependable, and detail-oriented Experience with design tools (Canva or similar) Working knowledge of cameras, go pros, and drones Recruiting/screening experience is a plus, but not required Why Join Us A growing company with a strong, supportive, and people-first culture Opportunity to play a vital role in daily operations and team communication Consistent schedule with a stable, team-oriented work environment A role that is meaningful, people-focused, and operationally impactful Company Culture and Character Expectations Our team is known for being hard-working, dependable, and committed to high standards.
