Job Description

Human Resources Coordinator Position Summary The Human Resources Coordinator supports the daily HR operations of a fast-paced attractions environment, ensuring a positive employee experience from recruitment through onboarding and beyond. This role plays a key part in maintaining compliance, supporting team engagement, and assisting leadership with staffing and employee relations across seasonal and year-round teams. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Staffing Coordinate full-cycle recruitment for seasonal and permanent positions Post job openings, screen candidates, and schedule interviews Partner with department leaders to meet staffing needs during peak seasons Assist with job fairs, hiring events, and community outreach initiatives Onboarding & Training Facilitate new hire onboarding, including paperwork, orientation, and training schedules Ensure all employees complete required documentation and compliance training Maintain onboarding materials and assist with employee training programs Employee Relations & Engagement Serve as a point of contact for employee questions regarding policies, benefits, and procedures Support employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and team events Assist with conflict resolution and promote a positive workplace culture HR Administration & Compliance Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws Track certifications, licenses, andtraining requiredfor employees Assist with payroll processing, timekeeping audits, and reporting Operational Support Support daily operations by assisting managers with staffing coverage and scheduling needs Participate in Manager on Duty (MOD) shifts as needed Help enforce company policies, safety standards, and brand expectations Qualifications Background in Human Resources Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism Work Environment & Requirements Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays Ability to work both in an office setting and operational environment Occasional standing, walking, and assisting on-site with team members and guests
