Design Tanks is looking for a motivated Talent Development Specialist - Recruiting Coordinator to join our Sioux Falls, SD team. Proven experience in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding Background in human resources, ideally in a manufacturing environment Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to collaborate across teams and maintain compliance standards
