Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Administrator to join our team! This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and wants to play an important role in supporting our employees, field staff, and day-to-day operations. You'll work directly with leadership and help ensure the company remains organized, compliant, and operating efficiently. Responsibilities Office Administration Maintain employee and company records Assist with scheduling, documentation, and administrative projects Support leadership with day-to-day operational needs Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and vendor services Human Resources Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes Maintain personnel files and employment records Process payroll and maintain payroll records Monitor and maintain OSHA-related documentation and records Compliance & Field Support Monitor compliance requirements and documentation for field consultants Send and manage compliance-related communications and follow-ups Assist with audits, reporting, and recordkeeping Maintain company policies, procedures, and compliance documentation Qualifications Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication High attention to detail Ability to handle confidential information professionally Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Previous administrative, HR, compliance, or office management experience preferred Success in This Role The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and dependable. They are comfortable managing multiple responsibilities, communicating with employees and field staff, and maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism. This person takes ownership of their work, follows through on commitments, and helps create structure as the company continues to grow.
Pay:
$18.00 - $26.00 per hour
