Career Enhancements :
Provide technical assistance to all reporting officials.
Customer Service :
Ensure accuracy of informion input in the Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System (DEERS), and the Real Time Automed Personnel Identificion System (RAPIDS).
Employment :
Authentice prior and non-prior service enlistments, and prepares and processes enlistment and appointment documents.
Relocion :
Perform personnel relocion actions pertaining to voluntary and involuntary reassignments, separions, retirements, conditional release programs, separions based upon Medical Evaluion Board/disability separions and retirements, Stop Loss waiver requests, Selective Retention separions, and inter and intra service transfers.
Readiness:
Provide input in development of plans for administrion of contingencies and mobilizion, maintaining accountability for all assigned deployed personnel, and Partial Mobilizion (PM) management of activion orders in the event of Presidential Reserve Call Up (PRC), and in coordining with wing Plans Office to support all unit deployments and wartime tasking. This position is designed as Essential Personnel and may be subject to duty in preparion for, or in response to, a ste emergency or disaster declarion. For positions requiring a security clearance (Secret or Top Secret) the applicant must possess or be able to obtain a clearance within one year of appointment. Acceptance of a Federal position may termine Tricare Reserve Select eligibility. Applicants who are not currently a member of the Nional Guard must be eligible for immedie membership and employment in the Nional Guard in the military grade listed in this announcement. GENERAL EXPERIENCE
: Must have experience in clerical and administrive support positions performing clerical, assistant, or technical work which requires knowledge of the procedures, established guidelines, and techniques involved in carrying out the work of the organizion; experience using computer and automion systems.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE
