Recruiting Coordinator (Nashville) Job Description Our Operations Recruiting Coordinator works closely with a team of recruiters in a dynamic and fast-paced recruiting environment. This role is crucial in managing recruiting activities and building strong candidate relationships, often providing candidates with their first impression of the organization. We seek an organizational guru who can effectively collaborate with internal and external clients, communicate clearly, adapt quickly to changes, and tackle the challenges of building a talented team. Responsibilities Schedule interviews and phone screens, working directly with candidates and hiring managers, and arrange travel for visiting candidates when necessary. Update candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems and confirm new hires. Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates regarding their recruiting status via phone and email. Track recruiting activities and provide candidate status in a weekly report. Coordinate post-interview debrief meetings and provide debrief materials. Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency. Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed. Essential Skills 1+ years of recruiting coordinator or coordination experience. Experience with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Bachelor's degree. Additional Skills & Qualifications Superb customer focus, attention to detail, and organizational skills. Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment. Work Environment The position requires 100% in-office work, with all 8 hours spent in the office. Candidates will need to arrange their own parking and transportation. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Nashville, TN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
