Immediately Job Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities Business Office Support Reconcile district purchasing accounts, online purchasing, and other assigned financial accounts. Develop and maintain reconciliation systems, workflows, and reporting tools. Assist with purchasing, requisitions, purchase orders, and vendor communications. Support payroll, accounts payable, and budget documentation as assigned. Assist with state and federal reporting preparation. Human Resources Support Refine, automate, and coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes. Maintain personnel files and employment documentation. Coordinate employment postings and applicant tracking. Assist with certification, contract, and personnel record management. Support employee leave, benefits, and HR documentation as assigned. Superintendent's Office Support Assist with district correspondence, reports, presentations, and communications as assigned. Maintain confidential records and files. Assist with district initiatives, grant documentation, and administrative projects. Support the Superintendent and district leadership with day-to-day operational needs. Administrative Operations Prepare reports, spreadsheets, data summaries, and correspondence. Maintain district forms, records, and electronic filing systems. Answer phones and provide excellent customer service to staff and the public. Support district compliance, record retention, and operational processes. Perform cross-functional administrative duties to increase the effectiveness of district operations. Perform other duties as assigned.
