Full-Time Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Human Resources Coordinator to join our HR team. This in-office position plays an essential role in supporting daily human resources operations, employee onboarding, records management, compliance, and employee relations. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, maintains strict confidentiality, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while providing exceptional internal customer service. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Coordinate and support all onboarding activities, including preparing electronic new hire paperwork, managing I-9 documentation, and collecting required employment documents. Provide excellent customer service by responding to employee, candidate, and manager questions regarding HR policies, procedures, and employment matters. Monitor and manage the HR ticketing system by routing requests to the appropriate HR team members and following up as needed. Maintain accurate employee personnel files and confidential employment records in compliance with federal, state, and company regulations. Process employment-related documentation and communications, ensuring timely completion and proper recordkeeping. Assist with HR audits and recommend corrective actions when necessary to ensure compliance. Respond to employment verification requests, unemployment claims, wage garnishments, and other employment-related inquiries. Prepare correspondence, reports, forms, and other HR documentation as requested. Perform administrative tasks including scanning, filing, copying, mailing, and data entry. Support the implementation of HR programs, policies, and procedures across the organization. Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, confidentiality, and a commitment to the company's mission, values, and ethical standards. Collaborate effectively with internal departments and contribute to achieving organizational goals. Perform additional HR and administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor's degree preferred. Previous Human Resources administrative or coordinator experience preferred. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), or Learning Management Systems (LMS) preferred, including systems such as iCIMS or UKG. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally at all levels of the organization. Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team environment. Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Technical Skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Comfortable using online meeting platforms and HR technology systems. Strong computer and data entry skills. Certifications No certifications required.
