Job Summary The Office Assistant supports daily Human Resources, Administrative, and Office Operations functions, helping ensure a positive employee experience and efficient workplace operations. This role assists with employee onboarding, personnel administration, company events, office coordination, and general business support activities. The position also provides limited support for basic finance and reporting tasks as needed. Visa sponsorship may be available for qualified candidates.

$24-26 Responsibilities:
Human Resources Support Assist with new hire onboarding, orientation, and employee documentation Maintain employee records and personnel files while ensuring confidentiality Support HR administration, including employment verifications, benefit enrollments, and employee communications Assist with recruiting activities such as scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate communications, and maintaining applicant records Serve as a point of contact for general employee inquiries and provide administrative HR support Support employee engagement initiatives, company events, training programs, and team-building activities Provide backup support for HR-related functions during staff absences Finance Support Assist with invoice processing, expense tracking, and maintaining financial documentation Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities as needed Coordinate with external vendors, service providers, and accounting partners Maintain organized records for reporting, audits, and compliance purposes Administrative & Office Support Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, scheduling, and document management Coordinate office operations and maintain office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships Answer and respond to incoming phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner Assist with meeting coordination, conference room scheduling, and internal communications Support management with travel arrangements, including hotel, flight, and rental car bookings Assist with company records, reports, and compliance-related documentation Perform additional administrative duties and special projects as assigned Qualifications Strong Microsoft Excel skills are required High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred 0-2 years of administrative, HR, office support, or related experience preferred Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Bilingual (English/Korean) required Job Type:
