We are seeking a qualified People Experience Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind how our people connect, grow, and thrive. From welcoming fresh talent during onboarding to ensuring a respectful and smooth transition during offboarding-and everything exciting in between-you will directly shape our workplace culture. $35 - $42 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5

BachelorsResponsibilitiesOnboarding:
Design and implement comprehensive onboarding programs to seamlessly integrate new hires into company culture. Coordinate pre-boarding activities (welcome emails, paperwork, workstation setup). Organize initial training sessions to clarify roles and expectations, and gather new hire feedback for continuous process improvement.
Offboarding:
Manage exit interviews to capture feedback and identify retention trends. Oversee knowledge transfer sessions to retain departing expertise. Handle administrative tasks including final payroll, benefits termination, and equipment return. Support teams through transitions and ensure all processes comply with company policies and legal requirements.
Early Career & Talent Experience Programs:
Plan and execute engagement events, such as team-building workshops, to boost morale and satisfaction. Manage all logistics (venue, catering, scheduling), communicate event alignment with company goals, and conduct post-event surveys to measure productivity impact.
HR Generalist Support:
Serve as a versatile resource across the employee lifecycle, addressing concerns and providing general support.
