Job Description

Position Summary:
The Recruiting and HR Coordinator will support Nuclein's Human Resources team with day-to-day administrative functions. This individual will be involved in multiple administrative tasks relating to the full recruitment lifecycle, new hire onboarding, and other HR related duties, as assigned. This position is administrative in nature and will not involve strategic HR decision making, compensation planning, or employee relations casework.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Recruiting Support Post job openings to internal and external job boards Schedule interviews and coordinate calendars between candidates and hiring managers Send candidate correspondence Conduct candidate reference and background checks Prepare offer letters for signature Set up new employee files (digital and/or physical) Schedule orientation sessions and first-day logistics General HR Administration Maintain accurate and confidential employee records Assist with data entry into HRIS systems Help prepare HR reports and spreadsheets Respond to routine employee inquiries and route more complex questions appropriately Support compliance recordkeeping (I-9s, certifications, training completions) Assist with scheduling HR meetings, trainings, and events Education, Qualifications, and/or
Experience:
High school diploma required; Associate's degree or higher preferred At least 1+ years of administrative, recruiting coordination, or HR support experience preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Must be comfortable speaking with employees at all levels of the organization Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Ability to operate independently with moderate supervision Possess a high level of attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
