Full-Time, Monday-Friday Position Summary We are seeking a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our Human Resources team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin or grow their career in Human Resources. The selected candidate will be hired on a temporary basis with the opportunity to become a permanent employee based on performance, attendance, and business needs. Responsibilities Assist with onboarding and new hire paperwork. Maintain employee files and ensure accurate recordkeeping. Schedule interviews and communicate with applicants. Assist with recruiting and job postings. Support payroll and timekeeping processes. Answer employee questions and direct them to appropriate resources. Assist with benefits administration and HR documentation. Prepare reports, correspondence, and HR-related forms. Maintain confidentiality of employee information. Perform general administrative and clerical duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred but not required. Previous office, administrative, customer service, or HR experience is a plus. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
