Full Job Description Core Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
1.Channel Management:
Manage and optimize recruitment channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, local university campus recruiting). 2.Full-Cycle Recruitment:
Publish bilingual (English/Chinese) job postings, conduct resume screening, perform phone screenings, and coordinate interview scheduling. 3.Onboarding:
Conduct background checks (FCRA compliant), verify I-9 forms, and process E-Verify; coordinate and facilitate new hire orientation. Payroll, Benefits & Timekeeping 1.Time & Attendance:
Review timesheets for employees (especially Non-Exempt),ensuring compliance with FLSA regulations regarding overtime and work hours. 2.Payroll Processing Assistance:
Assist in processing bi-weekly/semi-monthly payroll, liaising with payroll vendors (e.g., ADP, Paychex) to ensure data accuracy. 3.Benefits Administration:
Assist employees with inquiries regarding medical insurance, 401(k), PTO, and other benefits; support the execution of the annual Open Enrollment period. HR Operations & Office Administration 1.Employee Relations & Records:
Securely maintain electronic and paper personnel files, ensuring the confidentiality of medical and personal information (HIPAA compliant); handle employee onboarding and offboarding paperwork. 2.Compliance:
Ensure daily HR operations comply with federal and local Texasemployment laws and regulations (including but not limited to EEOC, ADA, FMLA,OSHA, and the Texas At-Will Employment doctrine). Office Management 1. Oversee daily operations of the Dallas office, including purchasing office suppliesand managing fixed asset inventory. 2. Coordinate daily services with third-party vendors for office security, cleaning, etc. 3. Assist in organizing internal company events (e.g., Team Building, Holiday Parties).Qualifications:
Education & Major:
Bachelor's degree or above; degrees in Human Resources,Business Administration, or related fields are preferred.Experience:
1-3 years of local HR or general administrative experience in the US; hands-on experience in recruitment and payroll is highly preferred.Language Skills:
Fluent bilingual communication skills in English and Mandarin Chinese (both written and verbal) are strictly required.Professional Skills:
Familiarity with US federal and Texas state labor laws (FLSA, FMLA, EEOC, etc.). Proficiency in common HRIS software (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, ADP) andMicrosoft Office Suite.Soft Skills:
Exceptionally strong communication, coordination, and customer service skills. Detail-oriented with a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information. Legally authorized to work in the United States.Pay:
