  • Human Resources Assistant Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Part Time Human Resources Assistant to support our HR team in various functions related to human capital management.
This role provides an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in HR operations, employee relations, and organizational development. The ideal candidate will assist with day-to-day HR activities, ensuring smooth workflow and compliance with employment laws and company policies. Duties Assist with talent acquisition processes, including sourcing candidates through ATS. Support employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure seamless integration of new hires. Aid in benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries related to health insurance, workers' compensation, and other employee benefits.. Help coordinate training & development programs and assist with succession planning efforts. Support compliance activities related to OSHA regulations, affirmative action planning, and labor law adherence. Participate in project management tasks related to change management initiatives and organizational design projects. Assist with employee relations issues by providing communication support and conflict management assistance. Manage social media channels for HR branding initiatives and internal communications.
