This is a hands-on, hospital-based HR Coordinator role for someone who wants to be close to the work- supporting caregivers, leaders, and operations; while partnering closely with our HR Shared Services team. • Responsibilities
• As the on-site HR Coordinator, you serve as the primary HR presence in the hospital, coordinating the full scope of HR operations in close collaboration with centralized HR partners.

You are both a trusted resource for employees and leaders and a key connector between the hospital and enterprise HR functions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, balancing operational execution with relationship-building, and learning how HR strategy comes to life in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities + Own and coordinate day-to-day HR operations at the hospital level, ensuring high-quality execution across the employee lifecycle + Partner closely with HR Shared Services to deliver seamless support in payroll, benefits, talent acquisition, employee data, and HR administration + Serve as a trusted advisor and service-oriented resource for employees and leaders + Coordinate and support accurate payroll processing, timekeeping, and data integrity + Drive and support talent acquisition efforts, including hiring coordination, onboarding, and workforce planning support + Maintain compliance with employment laws, licensing requirements, and regulatory standards + Act as the local subject matter expert for benefits, policies, and HR processes + Support employee relations needs with professionalism, discretion, and consistency + Play an active role in building and sustaining a positive, high-performing workplace culture + Contribute insights that help shape HR strategy and operational effectiveness at the hospital level Why This Role Matters + You will see the direct impact of your work on employees, leaders, and patient care + You will gain broad, real-world HR experience across multiple functional areas + You will develop strong partnerships with operations leaders and enterprise HR teams + You will be part of a mission-driven organization committed to supporting caregivers and improving lives

• Qualifications
• Minimum Qualifications
• + Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field, or a combination of education and experience required + Two or more years of experience in Human Resources + Competency in Microsoft Office suite, as well as computer applications relating to Human Resources Functions required
• Preferred Experience
• + Exposure to a board range of functions required. Previous HR experience in a health care facility with exposure to Joint Commission, and CMS preferred + Familiarity with benefit administration, basic HR functions, Payroll Administration, and state and federal employment laws + Must be detail-oriented with expertise in problem solving, observation, group dynamics, and interpersonal relations
