Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM - 4:30 PM (Flexible around college class schedules for the right candidate)
Compensation:
Base Pay + Residual Commission +

Must have your own laptop or desktop About the Role Are you a person who enjoys talking with others and wants to build a career in sales, marketing, or business development? We are looking for a motivated college student or recent graduate to join our growing Payroll & HR company. This is a hands-on opportunity to develop real-world sales and marketing experience while working alongside experienced professionals. Responsibilities Make outbound calls to introduce our Payroll & HR solutions to prospective clients. Build relationships, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for the sales team. Meet daily and weekly calls, appointments, and activity goals. Maintain accurate prospect information in our CRM. Assist with LinkedIn outreach and professional networking. Help create and share marketing content on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. Follow up with prospects through phone and email. Represent the company professionally with exceptional customer service. Qualifications College student or recent graduate pursuing Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred). Excellent verbal and written communication skills with clear English. Friendly, confident, and comfortable speaking on the phone. Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Organized with good time management skills. Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and CRM systems (or willingness to learn). Previous customer service, sales, or phone experience is a plus but not required.
