Role:
Addison Group is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator for our client in Fort Worth, TX. This temporary role provides support to the recruiting team by helping manage day-to-day recruiting operations and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the full recruitment lifecycle, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates. Maintain candidate records and ensure information is up to date in the tracking system. Support recruiters with job postings and administrative tasks. Help organize recruitment events or outreach activities. Provide support during the onboarding process for new hires. Track and report basic recruiting metrics as needed.
Qualifications:
1+ year of experience in a Recruiting Coordinator or similar HR support role. Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organization and time management abilities. Comfortable handling multiple tasks and managing deadlines. Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
